Aziz Pahad, former SA Deputy Foreign Minister, pays tribute to two distinguished Swedish diplomats on their retirement, at a SALO workshop May 2010. Ambassador Sten Rylander and Tor Sellstrom of the Swedish International Development Agency  (SIDA), spent decades in Southern Africa initially in support of the liberation movements.
