Public dialogue on the ANC’s draft international relations policy document which at the time was due to be presented at the ANC policy conference in June 2012. The meeting was facilitated under the aegis of the EU –South Africa Dialogue on Peace and Security, on the 29th May 2012, Townhouse Hotel Cape Town
