In the wake of recent arrests of political activists in Swaziland, SALO hosted a workshop with speakers from the pro-democracy movement of Swaziland.

Nation Magazine editor Bheki Makhubu and Human Rights Lawyer Thulani Maseko are still in custody along with PUDEMO President Mario Masuku and Maxwell Dlamini, General Secretary of the Swaziland Youth Congress.
