Policy Brief 1 of 2015 - Extractives Revenue Transparency in SADC: Challenges and Opportunities

Background On 13 November 2014, the Southern Africa Liaison Office (SALO) held a regional multi-stakeholder workshop on Extractives Revenue Transparency as part of its “Extractive Futures Dialogue Series”. The series aims to enhance the sustainability and development contribution of resource extraction in South Africa and the region by facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogue and knowledge and experience sharing on international best practices in extractives transparency.
