Lucian Segami

Lucian Segami is a former student activist at UCT and in the Western Cape active in ANC alliance structures. He worked towards the launch of several solidarity movements in South Africa including Western Sahara and Zimbabwe, promoting popular South African support of struggles for democracy. His focus includes promoting internationalism and popular participatory democracy at grassroots level. He is a founder member of SALO and is based in Johannesburg. In 2012 he was appointed Head of the International Department of NEHAWU (National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union).
