Sha’ista Kazee

Sha’ista Kazee is an attorney practicing in constitutional and administrative law at Bowman Gilfillan Inc.  Sha’ista has advised a range of clients, including organs of state, private entities and regulatory bodies in judicial review and other proceedings in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.  She has also worked as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court. While seconded from her duties as a non-executive board member, Sha’ista obtained her LLM in Law, Development and Governance (with distinction) from the University of London: School for Oriental and African Studies in 2010.
